Welcome to CALUNOQ. These are the shopping and website terms for calunoq.com. They explain what to expect when you choose a product, submit an order and use the store. Questions about an agreement or an order can be sent to support@calunoq.com.

The details that make up your purchase

Your selected product, shade, size and quantity, the information in its listing and the checkout total describe the purchase you are making. Read those details before you pay. Our collection focuses on primers, skin tints, concealers and setting sprays; the directions and precautions supplied with each item should guide its use.

Colors can look different across screens and lighting conditions. Editorial images communicate the CALUNOQ aesthetic; consult the individual listing to identify the item included in your order. This does not reduce your rights when goods fail to match their description.

A clear total, in US dollars

Store prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented at checkout. Review the full total and delivery address before submitting payment. Your bank or payment provider may separately apply currency-conversion charges if your account uses another currency.

Use a payment method you have permission to use and provide accurate contact information. You must have the legal ability to enter into the purchase, or the appropriate authorization to do so.

From order request to fulfillment

An automated confirmation records the order submitted. If a stock issue, payment problem or listing error prevents fulfillment, we will explain the issue and the available options. We will not replace your chosen item or increase an agreed charge without your consent. Payments collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded as required by law.

If your plans or address change, contact us promptly. Whether a requested amendment or cancellation can be made depends on the stage of processing and your applicable rights. Our Shipping Information and Returns & Order Help pages explain the next steps for delivery questions and product problems.

A usable, respectful website

You may browse and use the store for lawful shopping and other uses the law permits. Do not attempt to access another person's account, introduce harmful code, disrupt checkout or submit deceptive or unlawful material. Protect any sign-in credentials associated with your account.

Text, artwork, photographs and other material may be protected by rights held by CALUNOQ or their respective owners. Permission to access the site is not permission to reproduce protected material for unauthorized commercial purposes. A reference or link to another business does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Rights that remain yours

Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. These terms do not remove any remedy for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not require you to accept store credit in place of a refund to which you are legally entitled. A local consumer protection authority or other lawful dispute process remains available to you.

The way personal information is handled is described in Privacy & Cookies. Visiting this site does not by itself give consent to every optional use of personal information.

Keeping this agreement current

We may revise these terms when the store changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. New wording will not retrospectively take away rights attached to an existing purchase, and any additional notice required by law will be provided.
