These Terms apply to use of calunoq.com and purchases from the CALUNOQ storefront.

Products and Orders

Product pages describe the current options, prices and confirmed specifications. An order is subject to acceptance, availability, payment review and fraud prevention. We may contact you about an option, address or availability issue before fulfillment.

Prices and Payment

Store prices use USD unless checkout states otherwise. Review products, variants, shipping, tax and the final total before authorizing payment. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

Shipping Returns and Refunds

The Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these Terms. They provide the current processing, transit, return and refund rules without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Store content may not be copied or misused except as permitted by law. Do not interfere with security, submit unlawful content, access another person's account or use the site for fraudulent activity.

Third Party Services

Shopify and relevant payment, delivery, security, analytics, advertising and communications providers may operate parts of the storefront and order process. Their services may be governed by additional terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. A dispute that cannot be resolved directly may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer right to use another forum.
