Shipping & Delivery

CALUNOQ ships to enabled Shopify-supported destinations across Europe and North America, plus China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. The checkout country selector is the final destination check.

Rates

Standard shipping is USD $5 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is below USD $30. Standard shipping is free when that subtotal is USD $30 or more.

Processing and Transit

Orders are expected to be processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–15 business days and does not include processing time. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and Address Information

Use the tracking link in the shipping email. Enter a complete address at checkout and contact support@calunoq.com promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost Packages and Delays

If tracking has stopped updating or a package may be lost, contact support with the order number, tracking number and delivery address. We will investigate with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms that a package is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by delivery delays.

Duties and Imports

Import duties, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by the destination may be the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
